SIVRCE Terms of Service

SIVRCE (LLC "Sivrce", Tbilisi, Georgia) is a renovation and construction project management platform. We provide tools for cost estimation, contractor matching, document management, and budget tracking. SIVRCE is not a party to any contract between client and contractor and does not process payments between them.

Access requires registration via Clerk (clerk.com). You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Minimum age is 18. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

SIVRCE does: generate preliminary estimates based on market data; match verified contractors; store documents, receipts, and communications; send project status notifications.

SIVRCE does not: guarantee the quality of any contractor's work; act as a financial intermediary; bear responsibility for completed construction work.

SIVRCE verification confirms document review (license, tax ID, insurance) at the time of registration. It is not a warranty of work quality. Ratings are built from reviews by users who completed a project on the platform.

Core features are free for clients. Contractors pay a subscription per current pricing (available in their profile). Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are available upon request within 14 days of the first charge.

SIVRCE is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform, contractor actions, or third parties. SIVRCE's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the platform in the last 3 months.

You may delete your account at any time in profile settings. SIVRCE may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
